This is not a listing photo story built around pictures and a price. It was a real export order, decided face to face, step by step on the ground.
The buyer flew in from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) to Shandong, China, to see the buses with his own eyes before any final payment moved. Once on site, he walked the whole yard and went through all seven 50-seat Yutong Coaster coaches one by one. He did not look at a single display unit and take the rest on trust; he inspected every coach that was part of this order, comparing them side by side.
That kind of on-site check matters for an overseas buyer. A photo can show the outside look of a vehicle, but it cannot show how the engine starts and runs, how the interior and seats feel, what the tire condition is, or how the coach behaves when driven. In the yard the buyer could open the hood, inspect the bodywork, sit on the seats, check the windows, doors and curtains, and compare the seven units directly. He spent time on details that only a real walkaround can confirm.
After his inspection, every vehicle was tested before it left the yard. We started and ran the coaches, checked their basic running condition, and made sure each unit was in usable order before handover. The units were prepared, cleaned and shown in their actual delivered condition rather than presented through polished pictures alone.
Only after the buyer was satisfied with what he had seen and tested did he pay the balance on the spot. There was no payment based on promises alone, and no negotiation over vehicles he had never seen; the money changed hands after the inspection, in his own presence. That order of doing things reduced uncertainty on both sides.
The seven coaches are now moving overland from Shandong to Tianjin Port. At the port they will be loaded and prepared for the sea voyage to Congo. Our side handles yard release, overland transfer, port loading and the export paperwork so the units move in an orderly sequence, and the buyer can follow the progress from factory to port to shipment.
Three things decided this order
The buyer saw the buses with his own hands. He did not rely on photos or descriptions; he walked the yard and inspected all seven units on site, checking the exterior, interior and running condition himself.
Every vehicle was tested before it left the yard. Each coach was checked and run before handover, rather than sold unseen. What the buyer tested in the yard was what he agreed to take.
The balance was paid only after he was satisfied. Payment came after inspection and testing, not before. The buyer committed because the condition matched his requirements, not because of words alone.
That sequence — come and inspect, test each unit, pay after satisfaction, then move to the port and ship — is what a real export deal looks like. It keeps both sides honest: the buyer knows exactly what he is taking, and the seller backs the condition shown and tested in the yard. For long-distance buyers, seeing and testing first also lowers the risk of unexpected problems after the vehicles arrive, because the main questions are answered before the money changes hands.
What this means for future buyers
We welcome customers who want to visit our Shandong yard before ordering. We can arrange a walkaround, running tests and loading arrangements, and send updated photos or short videos for any specific unit before it ships. If you are looking for used coaches for the DRC or other markets, tell us the required seat count, type and condition, and we will match the available units and walk you through inspection, payment and delivery in the same order as this order: check, test, confirm, then ship.
