(3)Spline clearance inspection
Check the spline fit clearance between the splined shaft and the spline fork.
Maintenance standard: 0.11-0.2mm; repair limit: 0.5mm.
(4) Clearance between universal joint spider neck and the journal bearingInstall the needle bearing assembly on the spider, check the clearance.
Maintenance standard: 0.03-0.07mm; repair limit:0.25mm.

1) Install the boot on the flange fork and rivet tight the boot on two points.
