3.4 Assembling

1)Before assembling, spread a film of grease on the spring lining and the shackle

2) Assemble the shackle onto the shackle bracket, put side gaskets on both sides of the shackle, insert the shackle pin in, fix the pin bolt, with tightening torque of 30-50N·m.

3) Assemble the padding plate, spring assembly, cover board, rubber buffering block onto the front axle and jack up the axle

4) Align the fixing end bracket hole with the spring lining inner hole, insert the spring pin and lock the lock bolt.

5) Assemble the spring back end, the shackle hole; align the spring eye hole with the gasket holes on both sides: insert the spring pin, fix the lock bolt, with the tightening torque of 30-50N·m.

6)Fix the U-bolt temporarily.

7)Jack up the front axle, support bracket up and then lay down the jack

8)Tighten the U-bolt and nut, with tightening torque of 350-400N m.

9) Install shock absorber upper end. Typically, the shock absorber upper end is fixed onto the shock absorber bracket with fixing bolts and locknuts .

10)Install shock absorber lower end

11)Install the transverse stabilizer rod.

12)Apply grease on the steel leaf spring pin and shackle pin.
